1. According to production and manufacturing specifications, some components require polishing to ensure a smooth surface without any manufacturing imperfections.
2. All parts undergo de-oiling treatment.
3. After degreasing, perform acid washing and phosphatizing; the cleaning fluid contains no phosphorus.
4. Phosphatized and then thoroughly cleaned with pure water to ensure no residue remains; this step is omitted for alloy steel components.
5. Each component is wiped clean with unwaxed cloth, ensuring no threads or fibers are left on the surface. Alternatively, components can be dried after cleaning.
6. Clean each component individually with pure alcohol using non-woven fabric or a high-density sterilization filter until no dirt remains.
