Product Features

Product Principle

Grease separator and booster integrated unitWaste oil and water are directly channeled into the oil-water separator, where they are separated due to the difference in density. The oil accumulates at the top of the separator; by opening the oil drain valve, the oil can be collected into an oil collection drum.Fully automated, capable of remote management, and can also achieve; underground installation, post-installation does not affect the surrounding environment or landscape; automatically scrapes off the floating oil layer on the surface and collects it in the oil collection sump. Auxiliary sewage pump and pipeline system for easy maintenance and to meet the need for unexpected water inflow.

Usage Requirements

1、Grease separator and lift integrated equipmentUse underground-to-surface installation; the ground must be kept level.

2. The base of the equipment requires anchoring with anchor bolts.

3. The equipment's inlet and outlet ports must be fitted with gate valves for maintenance and inspection purposes.

4. The equipment vent pipe should be connected to the outdoors or to the building's drainage ventilation system.

5. A drainage channel should be provided next to the equipment for easy maintenance drainage and emergency accident drainage.

6. Refer to the corresponding specifications for civil engineering, structure, and equipment installation, etc. in other aspects.
