Enameled glass specialty clips
Stoneware clips come in two types: A and B. Type A Stoneware clips have a threaded base and are made of forged steel, offering high strength and compact size, but at a higher cost and complex process. They are suitable for vessels designed for temperatures between -20°C and 200°C, and for materials like 40Cr, 30CrMoA, 35CrMoA, 35CrMoVA, 35Cr2MoVA, with a design pressure of ≤1.0 MPa. For 35 steel, they are used in vessels with a design pressure of ≤0.6 MPa. Type B Stoneware clips do not have a threaded base and are made of cast malleable iron, being less strong and heavier but with lower cost and simpler process. They are used for vessels with a design temperature of -10°C to 200°C and a design pressure of ≤0.25 MPa when KTH350-10 material is chosen.
