2009 Type Double-Sided Mechanical Seal
Mechanical seals suitable for vitrified enamel mixing containers with nominal pressure not exceeding 1MPa and operating temperatures ranging from greater than -20 to 200°C. The mixing shaft diameter is 40-160mm, and the rotational axis speed is less than 2m/S. Modular design with high component interchangeability, directionless transmission. Primarily used for shaft seals in enamel reactors, capable of adapting to various strongly corrosive, particulate media. Generally used in conjunction with hydraulic pump stations. Features multiple springs, radial double-end face, and can rotate bidirectionally.
Operating Conditions: Flammable, explosive, toxic, and highly corrosive gases.
Relevant Description:
Mechanical seals composed of two pairs of sealed ends. Compared to single-end mechanical seals, double-end mechanical seals offer superior sealing performance and are suitable for applications involving strong corrosion, high temperatures, suspended particles and fibers in the medium, gaseous media, flammable, explosive, and volatile substances, low viscosity media, and high vacuum conditions. Double-end mechanical seals are not just a repetition of single-end seals; in key applications such as chemical processing, they effectively prevent leaks of hazardous, toxic, flammable, and explosive substances, providing high-performance insurance. Additionally, they can reasonably distribute the pressure differences at both ends of each seal when sealing high-pressure media, thereby expanding the working pressure range of the seal.
