GJ Type Glass Lined Dryer-Mixer

This machine is suitable for vacuum drying and mixing of powdery or granular materials. It can dry materials to very low moisture levels, making it ideal for further drying of materials with low moisture content. It is particularly effective for the recovery of solvents from materials containing solvents or toxic gases. Especially suitable for the low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials such as vitamins or antibiotics.

This machine achieves high vacuum levels, featuring a simple, smooth internal structure with no dead corners, making it easy to clean and ensuring all material is fully exhausted. Moreover, due to the container's rotation eliminating material buildup, it boasts a high heat transfer coefficient, shorter drying time compared to box-type drying, less material wear compared to mixing types, and the ability to produce high-quality products.

There are two types of sealing methods: mechanical seals and packing seals.
