The mixed medication is poured into the hopper, where it is extruded through the feeding cavity's pressure flap, being pushed out by the spiral conveyor to form 6-8 rods of the same diameter. Under the control of the automatic guide wheel, they synchronize with the cutting and kneading process, continuously producing uniformly sized concentrated pills (water pills).

2. High roundness tablet design, reducing tablet shaping time. Tablets are uniformly sized with high molding rates, minimizing screening time.
3. Larger feed opening, increasing the contact area with materials for more even mixing. The new-style twisting cage discharges faster, boosting tablet production capacity. The discharge section is detachable for easy disassembly and cleaning.
4. The entire unit is precision machined, assembled, and uses high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting, continuous operation with stability, reliability, and low failure rates.
5. Feeding and pellet cutting are both equipped with variable frequency speed control, ensuring strong reliability.
6. Alcohol lubrication system, alcohol drop strips, externally rolling with bristles to reduce sticking, flame retardant and leakage-proof, adjustable drop volume.
