One.Working Principle
Sludge cutter is an essential auxiliary equipment for the centrifugal sludge dewatering system.Its primary function is to chop the fiber entanglements in sludge. The main shaft assembly is driven by a reducing motor, causing the cutting blades to rotate at high speed. The wastewater enters the shell cavity from the right end of the shell, where the shear force between the cutting blades and the blade disk chops the fiber sludge, which then flows into a centrifuge for dewatering treatment to ensure the normal and stable operation of the centrifuge.

1) Low energy consumption: The motor power for sludge cutters with a flow rate below 55m³/h is only 1.5KW, significantly lower than that of other manufacturers' cutters, thereby achieving energy-saving.
2) Blades: Both drive shafts feature a series-connected blade assembly design. Blades are individually designed with separate blades and spacers, allowing each blade and spacer to be independently removed and installed, reducing the cost of spare parts procurement and manual maintenance.

1: Vertical installation

1) Electrical installations should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure accurate wiring and compliance with relevant safety standards. Before operation, check if the motor's rotation direction is marked consistently.
2) Surrounding the sludge cutter, adequate space for operation and maintenance should be provided.
3) Maintain stable feed concentration and flow; install coarse filter devices on the feed line to prevent screws, nuts, and other objects from entering the housing.

It is a complementary product for the horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge.
The sludge cutting machine is mainly composed of the housing, motor bracket, main shaft, cutting blade, and reduction transmission unit. It operates in a sealed manner. Both the inlet and outlet of the housing, as well as the water addition port, are equipped with adjustable valves. The feed concentration can be adjusted and observed through a viewing window.
