Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) Grating Colors: Yellow, Green, Grey, Red, Blue, Black, Natural. GFRP Grating: Grating is a type of glass steel plate made by molding technology, featuring many regularly distributed rectangular and square openings. It possesses bidirectional isotropic mechanical properties. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, electronics, power, paper, dyeing, electroplating, offshore exploration, and wastewater treatment for platforms, equipment platforms, drilling platforms, walkways, etc. It is an ideal product for corrosive environments and also suitable for civil building facilities. Our product series includes: crescent surface, sand surface, double flat surface, flat grating, etc.
Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Grating Performance Features:
Corrosion-resistant: Possesses excellent resistance to various corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and salts, making it unparalleled in the corrosion prevention field. Depending on the actual application requirements, it is economically feasible to choose between ortho, meta, and vinyl resins as the matrix material.
Lightweight and High-Strength: The density of glass fiber reinforced plastic grating does not exceed 2, which is only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum. Its strength is 10 times that of rigid PVC, and exceeds that of aluminum and ordinary steel.
Longevity: Over 50 years of service life.
Flame Retardant: Standard flame-retardant mesh flame spread rate (ASTM E-84) does not exceed 25; advanced flame-retardant vinyl mesh flame spread rate does not exceed 10. Oxygen index is not less than 28 (GB 8924).
Safety: Excellent electrical insulation, no breakdown at 10KV voltage; non-magnetic, suitable for equipment sensitive to magnetism; the special structure of the glass fiber reinforced grating also features anti-slip and fatigue resistance.
