1. Tool Selection: Cutting can be done using ceramic or silicon carbide cutting disks. We can cut to the desired size free of charge upon customer specification during the order process.
2. Tool Fixation: Securely fasten the tool when using a heavy-duty cutting machine to prevent movement of the grate and the cutting machine.
3. Safety Protection: Before cutting, operators must wear protective eyewear, masks, gloves, and work clothes. Choose a well-ventilated, well-lit area for cutting. There is a lot of dust, so always remember to wear a mask.
4. Grille Placement: Cutting after placing the grille bottom-side up reduces the generation of debris.
5. Size Verification: Please consider the width of the blade saw kerf before cutting. The length and width deviation of the cut grid after cutting is -6mm to 0mm; the diameter deviation of the circular size is -9.5mm to 0mm.
6. Post-cutting Treatment: The cut surface must be coated with a resin that exceeds the grade of resin used for grating, to prevent corrosive agents from attacking the internal glass fibers.
