Oil-water separator
Working Principle:
Oily compressed air condensate enters the pressure-reducing chamber via the condensate inlet.
2. System pressure is relieved in the pressure-reducing chamber, and the condensate slowly enters the pre-separation tank.
3. Condensate in the pre-separation warehouse is separated based on the different gravity of oil and water.
4. The oil layer continuously thickens at the top, which then enters the storage barrel through the overflow device.
5. The lower, less-oily condensate is channeled into the primary filter chamber via another overflow pipe.Absorb and filter out most of the oil droplets.
6. Trace oil-contained condensate enters the second-stage filter chamber for filtration.Purification.
7. Filtered condensate is directly discharged through the outlet.
