The quality of printing rubber rollers primarily depends on the rubber material, followed by the post-processing. From the past use of water-wool sleeves to achieve ink-water balance directly, advancements in material have played a decisive role... Previously, due to domestic rubber rollers mainly being used on 01, 05, and 08 machines, there was never a significant focus on alcohol-wetting roller development, leading to all printing machine rollers being imported. As domestic market requirements have continuously increased, domestic printing equipment manufacturers have also started developing printing machines. The high cost of imported rubber rollers and the strong market demand have caused numerous roller manufacturers to rush into producing alcohol-wetting roller production, but the rubber material they use is clearly untested, resulting in poor roller quality. From the current domestic market perspective, there are very few roller manufacturers with their own brand rubber material, and they are almost all agents for foreign rubber roller material companies. Rollers produced with these materials ensure good printability.
