The HQ series is a general-purpose tension gauge, suitable for industries such as chemical fiber, textile, wire and cable.
The HQ series features 10 tension ranges from 1.0-200.0 cN to 10.0-100.0 daN, with different measurement head widths for various ranges.
Cable Tension Gauge HQ-5000 Features:
1. Auto-zero technology ensures the gauge can automatically reset in any orientation, enhancing measurement accuracy and convenience.
2. Equipped with a wire diameter compensator to compensate for errors caused by varying wire diameters, enhancing measurement accuracy
3. Equipped with a wireway and guide wheel movement structure for easy capture of the material being measured.
4. V-groove aluminum measuring wheel with ball bearing.
5. Durable anti-slip aluminum housing, resistant to battery interference.
6. LIPO Lithium Polymer Battery (operates sustainably for about 60 hours)
7. The tested material, guide wheel, and screen are all on the same plane, allowing for a clear view of the test data and the status of the guide wheel and tested material during testing.
8. Capable of calibrating 10 materials, paired with a line diameter compensator, the test range for line diameter is expanded.
9. Full-character menu setup feature, simple and convenient to operate.
10. Measurement value units are selectable according to different scales and requirements: g, kg, cN, N, daN, lb.
11. Records values, minimums, peaks, and averages during the measurement process, and can also store 10 independent measurement values for recall.
12. Programmable trend status bar values, with low value setting, clearly indicating the range of tension changes, while also integrating the advantages of mechanical instrument trend display.
13. Offer a fine-tuning feature for display results, allowing for minor deviations between field-measured materials and calibrated standard materials without the need for re-calibration to show accurate values.
14. Function settings can be protected by a password, enhancing the security of the settings.
15. Communicate with computers via wired (standard) or wireless (optional) means to store and analyze test data.
16. The Tension Gauge offers two display modes, combining the benefits of electronic tension gauge readings with mechanical tension gauge trend display.
