Maintenance and care of crane lifting during operation:
As the user of cranes, in addition to requiring operators to strictly comply with the technical specifications and safety operation procedures of special equipment, great emphasis should also be placed on their maintenance and upkeep. While the equipment generates economic benefits for production, a portion of the funds should be allocated to the maintenance and upkeep of crane equipment. Regular maintenance and timely repairs should be conducted to better ensure equipment and personal safety.
Routine maintenance and care items:
Hydraulic system status inspections are conducted, replacing worn, deformed, cracked, or corroded parts. For the electrical control system, the reliability of power supply devices, controllers, overload protection, and safety devices is checked. Fault symptoms caused by factors such as leakage, pressure, temperature, vibration, and noise in the crane machinery are identified through testing. Subjective condition inspections of the crane's structure, supports, and transmission parts are performed to understand the overall technical condition of the crane and to identify the source of abnormal phenomena. Routine maintenance tasks, supervised by the driver, primarily include cleaning, lubricating the transmission parts, adjusting, and securing the work. The sensitivity and reliability of safety devices are tested through operation, and any abnormal sounds during operation are monitored.
