Lighting guardrails are a common sight in urban areas. They are an essential safety measure designed to ensure the safety of both people and vehicles while providing illumination. Lighting guardrails are primarily categorized into four types: fence-style, railing-style, lattice-style, and mixed-style.
One, pre-buried installation of pillar in lighting box column
During installation, if the lighting booth pillars require pre-burying, the bottom of the pillars may need to be elevated first, with the exact height depending on the requirements of the client (owner). During installation, the hole positions for the lighting booth pillars should be reserved on-site, or the guardrails can be installed on the water-resistant wall platform first, followed by the pre-burying of cement tiles.
Part Two: Secure with Expansion Screws
The installation process for lighted box column posts is relatively simple. Just determine the location and level of the lighted box column posts, and they are fixed. The prerequisite is that the guardrail posts need to be pre-welded with the base plates at the bottom of the lighted box column posts during the factory production. This method is widely adopted by guardrail installation workers at many real estate projects, significantly increasing the efficiency of guardrail installation.
