A wide variety of fixed lifting platforms are available to meet different requirements: ball screw fixed lifting platforms, roller screw fixed lifting platforms, and automatic trolley fixed lifting platforms.
Advantages of the scissor-type fixed lifting platform:
One: The scissor-type fixed elevator runs very smoothly when in operation, as the platform is supported by scissor brackets below.
The second point: The load-bearing force is simple and straightforward.
Three: Easy installation - just ensure the ground is flat and the concrete pit is sturdy, then secure it in the pit during installation.
Four, due to the large platform size, guide rails are not required on all four sides, saving a considerable amount of time.
Five: High performance stability, easy operation, large carrying capacity, low cost; however, with a net height over 10 meters, the number of layers for the support rods needs to be increased, making maintenance slightly more complicated. You can add square tubes as guides to reduce swaying, but this will result in slightly higher costs than standard guide rods.

How should a fixed platform lift be installed?
1. Adjust the position of the fixed cable tray and cable bracket for the lifting platform, ensuring the cable is properly housed in the "U" cable tray.
2. Connect the cable to the power box and start the winch to check if the cable is tangled or twisted.
3. Secure the fixed lift platform's cable to the cable bracket, then insert the cable plug into the outlet.
4. Release approximately 2.5 meters of cable to connect the fixed lift platform cable to the power box.
5. Use cranes to lift and hang the cable reels above the cable drums on the fixed lifting platform to prevent any disarray when the platform is operated manually.
6. The same method is used to securely fasten the other end of the wire rope to the rope wheel, and to install the cable shield.
7. Pull the cable from the bottom of the fixed elevator platform cable housing to the power box, but do not connect it temporarily.
8. Place the cable in the cable drum in a clockwise direction, ensuring each coil is as uniform as possible, with the diameter slightly smaller than the drum's diameter.
9. During the process of raising the fixed lift platform guide rail frame, cable protection brackets should be installed simultaneously.

Four performance features of fixed scissor lifts:
1. Equipped with a safety device to prevent the lifting platform from overloading.
2. Equipped with a protective valve to prevent hydraulic oil pipe rupture.
3. Equipped with an emergency descent device for sudden power outages.
4. The doors between floors are equipped with safety devices that interlock with the control system.
