Advantages of Scissor Lifts:

One, the scissor lift with fixed columns runs very smoothly during operation due to the scissors-like support under the platform.

Installation is convenient; simply fix it in the ground pit as long as the ground is flat and the concrete in the pit is sturdy.

Four, due to the platform's size, it can be used without installing tracks on all four sides, saving a considerable amount of time.

Five: Stable performance, simple operation, high load capacity, low cost; however, with a net height over 10 meters, the number of layers in the support pole needs to be increased, making maintenance relatively more complicated. Adding square tubes as guides can reduce swaying, but it will be slightly more expensive than the same parameter guide rail system.

How should a fixed lifting platform be installed?

1. Adjust the position of the fixed lifting platform's cable shield and cable bracket to ensure the cable is properly positioned in the "U" shaped cable shield.

2. Connect the cable to the power box and start the winch to check if the cable is twisted or tangled.

3. Secure the fixed lifting platform's cable to the cable bracket, then insert the cable plug into the outlet.

4. Release approximately 2.5 meters of cable to connect the fixed lifting platform cable to the power box.

5. Use a crane to hoist the cable reels and hang them above the cable drum to prevent any disarrangement when operating the fixed lifting platform.

6. The same method is used to securely fasten the other end of the steel wire rope to the rope wheel and position the cable shielding bracket.

7. Pull the cable from the bottom of the fixed lifting platform cable drum to the power box, do not connect temporarily.

8. Place the cable into the cable drum in a clockwise direction, ensuring each layer is as even as possible, with the diameter slightly smaller than the drum's diameter.

9. Install cable shelters concurrently with the elevation of the fixed lifting platform guide rail frame.
