When in use, first weld the shellfish net points to the inner wall of the boiler or hot air duct, and then apply refractory material.

The primary uses of tortoise shell net

Widely used in large-scale petrochemical equipment, especially as one of the main components for the lining structure of catalyst equipment, it enhances the wear resistance and strength of the lining. Wear-resistant linings are reinforced with turtleback mesh, typically using carbon steel (A3F) turtleback mesh in general areas such as reactors, first and second-stage cyclone separators, U-shaped tube regenerators, and flues. In high-temperature areas, alloy (1Cr13) turtleback mesh is used, such as in regenerators and first and second-stage cyclone separators. The turtleback mesh is a hexagonal pattern formed from 20*17.5mm flat steel strips, fixed on the end plate of the insulation nail.
