The R&S CMW500 is Rohde & Schwarz's latest generation of all-in-one wireless communication test instruments, featuring faster measurement speeds. It employs R&S intelligent calibration technology, offering extremely rapid testing, and integrates vector signal generator and analyzer functionalities, thereby creating a prerequisite for the implementation of non-signaling calibration technology. The R&S CMW500 boasts scalability, testing speed, and measurement accuracy, significantly reducing testing costs.
R&S CMW500 is specifically designed for production applications: its highlights include precision, repeatability, and linearity. These parameters have a direct impact on the production field. The more accurate these parameters are, the fewer DUTs (Devices Under Test) are classified as non-compliant, even if they meet the standards. The internal temperature sensor automatically adjusts the measurement precision based on the surrounding conditions. No calibration is necessary when the temperature changes or the machine is turned on.

The fully integrated test set with calibrated RF paths and the Press & Go application simplifies the generation and updating of test sequences, as well as the entire production test system.
