Geotextile Cells are a three-dimensional mesh structure formed by high-strength HDPE sheets, welded together with high-tensile welding. Typically, they are assembled using ultrasonic needle welding. Depending on engineering requirements, some are perforated on the film.

1. Flexible and collapsible for transportation, it can be stretched into a mesh during construction. Filled with loose materials like soil, gravel, and concrete, it forms a structure with strong lateral restraint and high rigidity.

2. Lightweight, wear-resistant, chemically stable, resistant to photo-oxidation and acid/alkali, suitable for various soil conditions including deserts.

3. Enhanced lateral restraint and anti-slip properties, as well as resistance to deformation, effectively enhance the load-bearing capacity and load distribution of the subgrade.

4. Altering the geosynthetic cell height and welding spacing to accommodate various engineering requirements.

5. Flexible and compact for transportation; easy to connect and fast installation.

Geotextile cells are formed from high-strength HDPE or PP copolymer wide strips, which are strongly welded or riveted into a mesh-like cellular structure. They are versatile, able to be folded for transport and then expanded for use, filling with soil, stone, or concrete to create a structure with significant lateral restraint and high rigidity. They can be used as a base layer to increase the bearing capacity of soft subsoil, laid on slopes to form slope protection structures, and also for constructing retaining structures, among other applications.
