The plastic blind trench is composed of a plastic core wrapped with filter fabric. The plastic core is mainly made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, modified and extruded into thin plastic filaments in a molten state through a nozzle, then fused together at nodes by a forming device to form a three-dimensional mesh structure. The plastic core comes in various structures such as rectangular, hollow matrix, and circular hollow shapes. This material overcomes the drawbacks of traditional blind trenches, featuring high surface porosity, good water collection, high void ratio, excellent drainage, high compressive strength, good pressure resistance, flexibility, adaptability to soil deformation, good durability, lightweight, ease of installation, significantly reduced labor intensity for workers, and high construction efficiency.
