An explosion-proof electric heater converts electrical energy into heat to heat the material that requires heating. During operation, low-temperature fluid medium enters through the inlet under pressure, flows along the specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating vessel, and uses the path designed based on fluid thermodynamics principles to carry away the high-temperature heat energy generated by the electric heating elements, thereby raising the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the electric heater then achieves the high-temperature medium required by the process. The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power based on the temperature sensor signal at the outlet to ensure uniform temperature of the medium at the outlet; if the heating element overheats, the independent overheat protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply to prevent the overheating of the heated material from causing coking, deterioration, carbonization, and in severe cases, damaging the heating element, effectively extending the service life of the electric heater.
