Heating coils, also known as electric heating coils or heating bands, are made of electrically heated alloy wire as the heating material and mica soft board (occasionally with a ceramic core) as the insulating material. They are primarily used in electric kettles and other electrical appliances.
Convert electrical energy into heat to warm objects. It is a form of electrical energy utilization. Compared to general fuel heating, electric heating can achieve higher temperatures (such as arc heating, which can reach above 3000℃), is easy to implement automatic temperature control and remote control, portable electric heating cup
The heated object can maintain a certain temperature distribution as needed. Electric heating generates heat directly within the heated object, resulting in high thermal efficiency, rapid temperature rise, and the ability to achieve either uniform or localized heating (including surface heating) as required by the heating process. It is also easy to implement vacuum heating and controlled atmosphere heating. During the electric heating process, there is minimal generation of waste gases, residues, and dust, which helps maintain the cleanliness of the heated object and prevents environmental pollution. Therefore, electric heating is widely used in production, scientific research, and testing fields. Particularly in the manufacturing of single crystals and transistors, mechanical parts and surface hardening, smelting of iron alloys, and the production of artificial graphite, electric heating methods are employed.
