      Stainless steel wind-resistant window cleaning machines are no longer a new term in China, yet their standardization is still incomplete. The standards for the wind-resistant bracket of window cleaning machines lack clear specifications in many aspects. Due to the lack of explicit requirements or special instructions in many areas, there are some shortcomings in the design and inspection processes. However, with the continuous economic and technological development in China, mechanical engineering products are gradually entering the global market. Therefore, we must meet international standards in terms of technical specification to gain worldwide recognition. For example, when the height of the window cleaning machine exceeds or equals 40 meters, a restraint system should be used to prevent excessive sway of the cleaning basket in the air. Currently, this specification is absent in Chinese standards, leading to a weak design in this aspect in the Chinese market. The conventional method is to set up a system of suspension rings on the buildings. When the cleaning basket approaches, a suspension ring扣 is used to attach to it. Although this method meets the requirements, it does introduce certain aesthetic defects to the buildings.

The device has a compact structure and effectively solves the safety hazards caused by wind impact during high-altitude operations of the window cleaning platform. To achieve the aforementioned practical objectives, the restraint device of the window cleaning platform includes a wind restraint pin, a pin base, steel balls, a pin core, a loop, a top block, a transverse locking pin, a spring, and a pin sleeve. The wind restraint pin base is fixed to the building's glass curtain wall, with steel balls placed inside the pin sleeve. The pin core is inserted into the pin sleeve and can slide relative to it. The loop is connected to the transverse locking pin, which passes through the top block, with one end face of the top block supporting the pin core. The spring passes through the pin core, one end of which supports the pin core, and the other end supports the pin sleeve, creating a relative disengagement tendency between the pin core and the pin sleeve. One end of the loop is connected to the window cleaning platform with nylon rope.
