Electric Window Hinge Introduction
This stainless steel hinge is primarily designed for increasingly common electrically operated opening and smoke exhaust windows in curtain walls. Different curtain wall profiles require various processing techniques and dimensions, so we typically offer hinge drawings for deepening (provided by our company) or custom manufacturing based on the curtain wall opening panel materials. The hinge can bear up to 200kg (with three hinges) due to the high yield strength of the stainless steel material, and the smoke exhaust opening angle can reach 70-90 degrees. Technical parameters vary according to the curtain wall opening panel material: 1. Size is generally 100*50*3-4mm, 2. Bending angle is 90 degrees.
