One, capable of chopping and smoothly conveying materials such as burlap sacks, woven plastic bags, canvas gloves, leather gloves, cotton yarn gloves, as well as daily use plastic bags, tissue paper, sanitary napkins, and cotton yarn: Even long strips won't cause any entanglement with the pump components; items like wooden sticks can also be easily chopped if they can enter through the intake. It can completely prevent the pump and pipelines from being blocked by debris in the wastewater, eliminating the need for expensive debris trapping and cleaning devices.
Two: The impeller and pump cover are made of rust-resistant materials and heat-treated. The cutting blades on the impeller and pump cover have sufficient hardness.
Highly resistant to rust, it is also extremely wear-resistant, maintaining sharpness for a long time.
Three, the impeller passage size and the pump body passage size are precisely matched, allowing the chopped debris to pass through smoothly.
Four: The unique arrangement of bearings and mechanical seals results in a very short overhanging arm on the shaft, with high stiffness and strength. This minimizes shaft vibration, greatly reducing leakage from the mechanical seals: The shaft can withstand significant shock loads: The bearings are fully immersed in the oil bath within the housing, ensuring optimal lubrication and cooling, even under heavy-duty conditions where the pump continuously grinds harder objects. This extends the bearing's lifespan significantly.
Five, Mechanical seals are installed on both the pump and motor sides to provide a reliable dual shaft seal protection for the motor. The oil in the oil chamber fully lubricates and cools the mechanical seals. The mechanical seal area on the pump side features a structure for chopping and expelling debris, preventing the accumulation or sedimentation of debris in the mechanical seal chamber, thereby avoiding any impact on the normal operation of the mechanical seal.
Six. The chip grooves set between all rotating parts and fixed parts under flow can scrape away thin and flexible chips that may get squeezed in, preventing increased pump power or jamming.
If the user has previously been using our company's installed WQ or WQ/C submersible sludge pumps and wishes to switch to a WQ/S切碎式 submersible sludge pump of the same diameter, it is only necessary to replace the pump and not the coupling device, which can save your expenses.
