What's the difference between prestressed and non-prestressed concrete poles? Definitely, the prestressed ones are more expensive. The principle is different. To put it simply, in prestressed concrete, a certain external force is applied to the steel bars first, followed by the pouring of concrete. After the concrete sets, the steel bars are broken, and the structure is then in a state of tension, thus improving the component's crack resistance and rigidity.
In the production process of prestressed concrete poles, the prestressing tensioning device includes anchor base, anchor head, anchor head positioning plate, spring pressure plate, compression spring, spring pressure cap, square box, and reciprocating motion drive mechanism. The square box is connected with steel pipes, the anchor base is equipped with a conical anchor hole, and the anchor base is connected to the square box. The anchor head includes a cylindrical section, a conical section, and a step section, with the conical section having a threaded hole. The anchor head positioning plate has a spring receiving hole and an anchor through hole, with a step between the spring receiving hole and the anchor through hole. The spring pressure plate is connected to the anchor head positioning plate, and the spring pressure cap is connected to the spring pressure plate. The anchor passes through the anchor head positioning plate, and the compression spring is set in the spring receiving hole of the anchor head positioning plate.
New Yuan Fruit Industry, with facilities spread across Weihai, Shandong, Malong, Yunnan, and Qianyang, Shaanxi, offers a range of services including cultivation and technology promotion of modern dwarfing self-root stock fruit trees; research and production of agricultural protection machinery; development and production of pre-stressed concrete columns and other orchard facility materials; and配套 installation and technical guidance for orchard protection systems.
The矮ization orchard trellis facilities utilize self-developed prestressed concrete pillars by Xin Yuan Fruit Industry, also known as prestressed autoclaved pillars. These pillars are made of cement grade 42.5, with uniformly distributed prestressed steel wires inside, available in models 7*7 and 9*9.5, featuring an inverted trapezoidal cross-section, smooth surface, and high density; the slender pillars can bear over 150 kg at the center of 3.8 meters in width, while the thick pillars can bear over 350 kg, meeting current European standards and holding over 20 national patents. To ensure a more standardized and regulated trellis system, Xin Yuan Fruit Industry has successively developed complementary components for the orchard protection system, such as cement pillar fixing caps, fasteners, anti-settling plates, and tree fixing clips, which can be paired with the cement pillars. Additionally, a multi-functional protective net can be installed, offering protection against hail, birds, pests, wind, sunburn, etc., ensuring safe production in orchards. In 2019, Xin Yuan Fruit Industry, together with Weihai Agricultural Bureau, drafted the technical specification DB37/T 3975-2020 "Installation Technical Specification for Apple Orchard Support Systems in Shandong Province," which was widely promoted and applied in 2020.
