【Indoor Fire Extinguishing Pump XBD3.2/45G-L】Key Features
1. The fire pump features a compact structure, small size, and attractive appearance. Its horizontal design ensures minimal floor space required for installation, with the center of gravity aligning with the pump's base center, thereby enhancing the pump's operational stability and lifespan.
2. The suction and discharge ports of the fire pump are both in a horizontal direction, simplifying pipeline connections.
3. Multi-stage fire pumps can be installed with suction and discharge ports in the same direction or at 90°, 180°, or 270° angles to accommodate various connection requirements.
4. The fire pump pressure can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages and cutting the impeller outer diameter to meet requirements, without altering the installation footprint area – a feature not available in other types of pumps.
5. The fire pump rotor features a smaller circumferential degree, operating smoothly with minimal vibration, low noise, and a long service life.
Indoor Fire Extinguishing Pump XBD3.2/45G-L - Product Application
The XBD type fire pump is primarily used for increasing pressure and delivering water in fire system pipelines. It is also suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, boosting water pressure for high-rise buildings, long-distance water delivery, heating, bathrooms, boiler hot and cold water circulation, air conditioning cooling system water delivery, and equipment matching, replacing the original IS type centrifugal pump.
Section 4: Structural Description of XBD-L Vertical Single-Stage Single-Suction Fire Pump
The XBD-L Vertical Single-Stage Single-Suction Fire Pump consists of two parts: the motor and the pump. The pump and motor are coaxial, with the pump structure comprising the pump body, impeller, pump cover, and mechanical seal. The pump's inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter, making it extremely easy to install and dismantle, with minimal floor space required. The pump features an installation base for ease of installation and increased stability during operation. The pump employs mechanical seals for reliable sealing and zero leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balancing ring on the impeller. The pump's inlet and outlet flanges are designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa, facilitating convenient pipeline matching.
The XBD-L Vertical Single-Stage Single-Suction Fire-Fighting Pressure Pump consists of two parts: the motor and the pump. The motor is a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump and motor are connected by a coupling, forming a rigid assembly that requires no alignment during operation. The pump is composed of the stator and rotor sections. The stator section includes the inlet section, middle section, guide vanes, outlet section, and stuffing box, among other components. To prevent wear on the stator, sealing rings and balancing sleeves are fitted, which can be replaced with spare parts upon wear. The rotor section is made up of the shaft, middle wheel, and balancing drum. The lower end of the rotor features a water-lubricated bearing, while the upper end is equipped with angular contact ball bearings. The majority of the pump's axial force is carried by the balancing drum, with the remaining minor residual shaft downward force supported by the angular contact ball bearings. The junction surfaces of the inlet, middle, and outlet sections are sealed using paper gaskets, tightened to achieve a seal. Users can choose according to their requirements.
