This rollforming machine is imported from South Korea. Roll Film Rewinder Installation Process:
Determine the actual length and width dimensions of agricultural film needed based on the length and width of the greenhouse film roll's location.
2. Secure the film guide slots at the top of the greenhouse using self-tapping screws, ensuring the actual length of the film guide slots is slightly longer than the actual length of the agricultural film. Connect adjacent film guide slots with the inner connecting pieces of the film guide slots. Sand the joints smooth to prevent damage to the agricultural film during rolling. After all the film guide slots are secured, they should be at the same level.
3 Connect the ends of the roll film shaft sequentially (using shaft joints or welding), ensuring the connected roll film shaft is straight.
4 Determine the front and back of the agricultural film, placing the front side of the film towards the exterior of the greenhouse. Then, secure the top of the film using spring clips into the pre-fitted slots. During the clipping process, ensure the agricultural film does not become crooked.
5 Wrap the lower agricultural film around the roller, then secure it with the film clips onto the roller. The distance between adjacent film clips should be 500mm. Reinforce with two additional film clips on the end closer to the roller.
6 Connect the output shaft end of the coiler and the winding shaft with bolts.
Select the appropriate length of the telescopic shaft, connect one end to the film winder and the other to the rotating base, to achieve the opening and closing of the electric film winder's winding function. (This step is applicable only to electric film winders.)
