No personnel is allowed in front of the telescopic arm and drum during the coiling process to prevent any accidental incidents.
2. Due to curved or deviated rolls, the roller door machine may be overburdened, easily causing damage to the main unit.
3. Operate the reverse switch on the greenhouse side wall, observe the forward and reverse rotation, and place the thermal blanket while observing. Strictly prohibited from operating in front of the shed to prevent accidents caused by uncontrolled roller shutters resulting in injuries or fatalities.
4. When the thermal blanket (curtain) is rolled up to 30 cm from the greenhouse ceiling, promptly turn off the reverse switch. Avoid leaving the person unattended during the rolling process to prevent the roller blind and thermal blanket (curtain) from rolling off the ceiling and onto the back, causing damage and resulting in losses.
5. Continuously monitor the rolling machine's operation during the coiling process. In case of any abnormal sounds or phenomena, promptly turn off the reversing switch, stop the machine for inspection, and eliminate the issue to prevent the machine from operating with a fault.
6. Electric Roll Shutter Machine - Set the main power switch and reverse switch. After operation, disconnect the main power to prevent abnormal changes or malfunctions in the reverse switch from causing abnormal operation, leading to machine failure and personal injury.
7. Absolutely no manual unwinding of roller shutters during power outages without cutting off the power source. Always disconnect the main power after each use.
8. Absolutely prohibited to operate the reversing switch on the telescopic arm rod.
9. Prior to rolling, the thermal blanket (curtain) should be depressurized first—remove all items from the blanket (curtain). Especially after rain or snow, clean the accumulated snow thoroughly. If moisture is heavy post-rain or snow, it may cause the roller shutter machine to overwork, leading to potential damage.
