There are four types of steel grating inserts: pressed steel grating, heavy-duty steel grating, solid steel grating, and sunshade curtain steel grating, etc., differentiated by insertion method and angle.

1. Pressed Steel Grating: After cutting grooves in the carrying flat steel, the cross-bar flat steel is pressed and locked into shape. The processing height for standard steel grating is typically 100mm. The length of the steel grating is usually less than 2000mm.

2. Heavy-duty steel grid plates are a type of steel grating product formed by high-width steel and crossbar steel interlocking and tightly molded under 1200 tons of pressure. They are suitable for high-span load-bearing applications.

3. Integral Steel Grating Panels - The load-bearing flats and cross flats of the integral steel grating panels have the same height and槽 depth of 1/2 the load-bearing flat. The height of the steel grating does not exceed 100mm. The length of the steel grating is typically less than 2000mm.

4. Sunshade Type Steel Grating: The load-bearing flat steel of the sunshade type steel grating features 30° or 45° bevel grooves, with the groove bars formed by slotting and locking. We can deliver gratings with different spacing and specifications as per requirement, available in materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. The height of the grating is less than 100mm.
