The toothed hot-dip galvanized steel grating is made by welding flat steel with a sawtooth edge. In addition to the characteristics and applications of ordinary steel grating, it also has strong anti-slip properties, particularly suitable for wet, slippery areas, and offshore oil drilling platforms. The grating is formed by the arrangement of the warp and weft, where the longitudinal direction of the toothed hot-dip galvanized steel grating is the load-bearing flat, which is the length direction of the steel grating; the transverse direction is the crossbar, which is the width direction of the steel grating.
Manufacturing of toothed hot-dip galvanized steel grating: The surface can be hot-dip galvanized or painted, which prevents oxidation. Stainless steel can also be used. However, due to the superior corrosion resistance of hot-dip galvanized steel grating and the high cost of stainless steel grating, hot-dip galvanized steel grating is generally preferred.
