
Vacuum Belt Filter is a surface filtration device. When the liquid in the suspension flows towards the filter medium, solid particles larger or similar in size to the filter medium pores first form an initial layer on the surface by bridging. The pores of the filter medium are larger than its pore channels, thus trapping smaller particles and achieving the filtration function.
The structure of the vacuum belt filter press mainly consists of rubber filter belts, vacuum boxes, driving rollers, belt support platforms, feed hoppers, filter cloth alignment devices, filter cloth washing devices, and the machine frame, among other components.
The principle of the vacuum belt filter press is inherently simple, but the specific structure and technology of the equipment are not. In the reaction tank of the vacuum belt filter press, we need to control the temperature, pressure, and vacuum level, and also monitor the conditions inside the flash steam tower through sensors and observation mirrors.
