The XDXP type spiral chip conveyor is compact in structure, occupies minimal space, and is easy to install and use. It features fewer transmission components, resulting in a low failure rate. This machine is suitable for narrow chip removal spaces where other chip removal methods are difficult to install. It can be combined with other types of chip conveyors to achieve high directional change effects. It offers excellent conveying capabilities for metal, non-metal, broken chips, and debris.
The drive unit is located at the chip end of the machine, with the discharge port situated away from the drive motor. Equipped with a conical guiding tube, it can elevate and convey materials. By creating a return hole at the horizontal working area of the housing, it also achieves the separation of chips and coolant, allowing for multi-functional use of a single machine.
Not suitable for conveying shavings; it may cause entanglement.
