Our XinDa company has developed a novel machine tool functional component, the Spiral Steel Belt Protective System, designed for use in CNC machines, machining centers, and various precision machine tools, as well as for protecting hydraulic systems, shafts, bars, and ball screw threads. It not only provides dust, chip, and coolant protection but also maintains the machine tool's accuracy, extends its service life, and enhances its aesthetics.


Structural Features

The spiral steel belt sleeve is made of high-quality spring steel strips through heat treatment. The sleeve is connected to the protected part via alignment flanges installed at both ends, ensuring a non-contact connection. The safety of the connection between the sleeve and the alignment flange is achieved through its own pre-compressed elastic force, making it stable in operation, flexible, and with low noise. The surface is black and glossy, coordinating well with most flange components on the machine tool.

 

Order Instructions

Spiral steel belt protective sleeves are customized according to the diameter, travel distance, and other parameters of ball screw, shaft, and rod-type components. Therefore, when placing an order, please follow the methods below.

1. Customers select specifications according to the standards provided by our factory

2. The user's unit provides the protective cover with D, Lmax, Lmin (special requirement D2) (code as shown in the figure), and the price calculation is unified according to the standard specifications designed and manufactured by our factory.
