Air Filter Cylinder Product Introduction

1. Filtration materials are sourced from domestic and imported coated polyester nonwoven fabrics (available for oil, water, and flame-retardant treatments), polyester long-fiber filter paper, glass fiber, American UV filter materials, and PTFE coated filter materials, utilizing international wide-pleated technology for uniform spacing.

2. The end caps of the dust filter cores are made from 8mm or thicker stainless steel plates (resistant to deformation) and are stamped. The bonding area between the end caps and the filter material uses a special polyurethane foam adhesive to ensure a tight and seamless connection.

3. Both internal and external support structures are made of 5mm or thicker high-strength, corrosion-resistant perforated stainless steel plates, offering strong support to prevent filter cartridges from being blown apart or burst.

4. The connection between the dust filter core, filter sleeve, and slider uses a low hardness, high strength foam sealing gasket to ensure no dust leakage, with a filtration accuracy up to 99.9%.

5. The internal and external mesh, as well as the internal filter media, are secured using an internationally applied automatic spiral vulcanization machine (or with a securing belt), ensuring uniform treatment air volume and filter area for easy dust cleaning with an electromagnetic pulse valve.

6. Easy installation and maintenance, with a long service life.

7. Standard specifications for dust filter cores and cartridges: (325×660, 325×600, 325×705, 325×750, 350×660, 350×600, 350×705, 350×900, 510×900, 408×660, 150×1000, 152×902, 350×1320, 178×2000), etc. Also available for custom production based on customer requirements or provided drawings and samples.

8. Dust filter cores/cylinders - full passage / one end sealed bottom / mounting center hole (14-17mm).
