Ash cleaning method
Common automatic dust removal methods for filter elements include high-pressure gas pulse reverse吹扫 and mechanical vibration. Pulse reverse blowing uses a controller to send a signal to the solenoid valve based on pre-set parameters, causing the valve diaphragm to open and close instantaneously, allowing high-pressure gas to enter the blowing tube. This uses the rapid expansion force of the gas to shake off dust on the surface of the filter element, with the general gas pressure set at about 6 kg. Mechanical vibration dust removal is often used in small single-machine filter element dust collectors, utilizing the vibration force generated by the eccentric device on the dust collector's plate. This operation requires the equipment to be shut down. The design air velocity of the filter element is a crucial parameter that affects the overall performance of the dust collector. Generally, we recommend that the design air velocity for filter paper containing wood pulp fibers should not exceed 0.6 m/min, while the design air velocity for polyester non-woven fabric is 1 m/min. Of course, we also need to consider the specific characteristics of the filtered dust.
