     Optical ball domes are primarily used to protect instruments and cameras for use in harsh environments.

These materials share common characteristics: relatively low raw material cost, excellent optical properties, superior mechanical properties compared to other high-refractive materials, resistance to acids and alkalis, and moisture resistance. They can be used for extended periods in complex environments with good protective effects. These materials offer good transmission rates within the spectral range of 280nm to 2650nm. They are suitable for applications such as underwater camera protection, high-definition outdoor surveillance equipment lens protection, and radiation measurement instrument protection.
