Manufacturing Method for Flat Vibrating Sifter
This novel utility involves a flat shaker with features including a base frame, an inclined screening device mounted on the base frame, a shaker connector at the raised end of the screening device, and the other end of the screening device suspended from the rear of the frame with a chain. The bottom of the shaker connector features an eccentric swing mechanism, which is connected to a drive motor. This utility offers advantages such as a reasonable structure, quick and convenient screen mesh replacement, and high production efficiency. It is applied in the primary screening stage of a ceramic dry powder production line, extending the average screen clogging time to 30 to 45 minutes. On-site, a three-layer screening method is used, with six screen sets replaced each time. After the workers become proficient, it typically takes 2 to 4 minutes to replace and put the screens back into use. Adding a bypass line or running two such devices in parallel can achieve continuous production without downtime, effectively improving production efficiency.
