HTT Thermal Conductive Mastic Brief Introduction
HTT Thermal Conductive Mortar, also known as Heat Conductive Mortar, Heat Transfer Mortar
Thermal Conductive Cement.
HTT thermal conductive putty is a high thermal conductivity engineering material composed of high-purity graphite, silicon carbide, metal oxides as aggregates, and various materials such as carbon fibers and adhesives. It boasts high thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and uniform heat distribution. Its primary function is to increase the thermal conduction area and establish low thermal resistance heat transfer channels by using the thermal conductive putty in companion heating and heat exchange equipment. The product is widely used in the petrochemical industry, fine chemicals, energy-saving and environmental protection fields.
II. Features of HTT Thermal Conductive Mortar
High thermal conductivity: HTT thermal conductive mortar has a thermal conductivity of 5-20 W/m.k, optimizing traditional heating process and converting heat radiation into heat conduction. The heat transfer efficiency is increased by 50 times, enhancing the production efficiency of process heating.
2) Wide operating temperature range: From low-temperature refrigeration to high-temperature heat conduction, HTT thermal paste offers a variety of products from -100 to 800°C to meet different process requirements.
3) Strong Adhesion: HTT thermal paste is adaptable to complex heat transfer processes, exhibits strong bonding with metals, does not peel off or crumble, is non-corrosive, and is easy to inspect and maintain.
