Attic Platform
All beams and floor slabs of our modular attic platforms are independently researched, designed, and patented by our company. They also lead the industry in adopting modular flexible assembly manufacturing techniques. All structures have undergone finite element analysis of steel structures using ANSYS software, resulting in more rational beam and floor slab cross-sectional designs. Moreover, the modular attic beams and slabs are lighter in weight under the same load-bearing capacity (can be combined and adjusted according to load requirements to meet different load-bearing needs). Compared to traditional methods, the advantages are more pronounced.
Features:
1. The cold bending forming process is used for all structural components of the platform, followed by acid washing and phosphatizing, and electrostatic spraying, resulting in a beautiful appearance.
2. The structural design is flexible, with superior safety, reasonability, strength, and stability.
3. Bulk production costs are approximately 20% lower than traditional methods.
4. Fast delivery time (approx. 5,000 square feet of usable space can be constructed within one week)
All components are connected with high-strength bolts, no on-site welding required.
