Improve the quality of the sector segment clamping roller and conduct daily inspections to prevent roller breakage. In case of severe concave deformation at the deviation angle, immediately shut down the machine to avoid excessive losses. After shutdown, address hydraulic system issues or replace the sector segment.
Six. Strictly assemble the water gap to ensure good alignment, prevent misflow, and ensure uniform solidification of the non-standard pipe.
Seven, Ensure uniform water gap in the crystallizer, enhance the crystallizer material, prevent severe wear and coating peeling, implement weak cooling for the crystallizer, and control the cooling intensity reasonably.
Section 8: Improve the accuracy of the arc segments in the sector, particularly for the crystallizer and zero segment. Discover severe bending of the zero segment roller and replace it promptly.
Nine, increase the contact between the narrow face roller and the casting billet to prevent the abnormal pipe from swelling, but the roller should not be adjusted too tightly; otherwise, it may cause excessive drawing resistance.
