Test Bench and Testing Equipment
The Standardized Motor Test Bench is a new testing system introduced in response to energy conservation and emission reduction, specifically for the motor energy efficiency improvement plan. The Standardized Motor Test Bench standardizes and instrumentizes the complex system, enhancing system reliability, simplifying the installation and debugging process, and reducing system costs.
1. Digital Power Supply
Meets the requirements of GB/T1032-2012 and GB755-2008 for motor test power supply, operations are controlled by program.
2. Variable Frequency Power Sensor
Meet performance design requirements, measure the main electrical parameters during the test process, and transmit them through fiber optics to the test bench's variable power analyzer.
3. Switched Quantitative Control
The distributed measurement and control system is used to control and test all switches in systems including power cabinets and measurement switch cabinets.
4. Analog Test
The 8-channel temperature and 1-channel torque and speed tests are conducted using a distributed measurement and control system, transmitted through optical fibers to the test bench's variable power frequency analyzer.
5. Automated Test Bench
Complete communication control of the equipment and obtain electrical and non-electrical measurement data from the test process through various interfaces.
Configure the test power source based on the test items, control the switch states, achieve process control of the test items through software design, complete the test process, and obtain the corresponding test data.
Process data obtained from the test procedure according to standards, obtain test results, and compile a test report.
Storage and printing of test reports.
