Vacuum Process Control:
Vacuum drying chamber process control offers programmed vacuum cycles, allowing you to set high and low vacuum pressure values according to your requirements, thereby further shortening the drying time. For instance, by programmatically controlling the vacuum cycles, you can set the minimum vacuum pressure at 50Pa, the maximum at 99KPa, and the cycle count to 6 times. The drying process is as shown in the diagram. With each cycle, the humidity decreases continuously, and the drying speed significantly accelerates. The maximum number of cycles can reach 99.
Recirculation program control function:
User-friendly interface and programming, saving customer time, guaranteed controllable heating or drying process, direct programming on the interface, pre-set for up to 30 programs, each with 1-9999 minutes, and pre-set start and stop times.
Vacuum Degree Control:
The vacuum drying oven is equipped with digital technology to control the vacuum level, (manual control is a thing of the past, do you really think that manually adjusting a lever to operate the valve can accurately control the vacuum level in the 21st century?) It automatically controls the vacuum level through a digital vacuum gauge, providing you with more precise and effective vacuum control. With the control panel, it's easy to control the vacuum level between any two points or within any area, ranging from 10-105Pa (low as 133Pa), with an accuracy of ±1%. The vacuum gauge uses a resistive silicon tube pressure sensor, ensuring a stable pressure value that is not affected by air flow, and transmits this stable pressure value to the vacuum gauge's LED display screen.
Temperature Control Advantages:
Features 7 groups of 63-step programmable temperature function: Includes traditional program control mode, plus the ability to set temperature, holding time, and slope mode program control. It requires definition in the format of temperature-time-temperature: the time required to increase or decrease from one temperature to another, enabling precise control of the rate of temperature increase or decrease. This ensures that every process in your entire temperature experiment, whether heating, holding, or cooling, is controllable.
