Shredder: Shreds the bare board into pieces measuring 2-3 centimeters.
2. PCB Shredder: Shreds the shredded circuit boards to around 20 mesh.
3. Analysis Machine: The crushed material is air-sorted to separate resins, copper, dust, and fibers. The dust and fibers are drawn into the collector by an exhaust fan, while the resins and copper are fed into a grading sieve.
4. Collector: Collects dust and fibers; the collected fibers are then emitted.
5. Pulse Purifier: Collects dust and ultra-fine fibers generated during the crushing process.
6. Grading Screen: Separates resins from copper. Resins and copper that are not separated are returned to the main machine for further crushing, while the separated resins and copper are then processed in a density separator for sorting.
7. Density Separation: Perform density separation on the resin powder and copper. Since the weight of copper is greater than that of the resin, the copper will be separated to one side, while the resin will be separated to the other. This achieves the separation of metal from non-metal. It is a technology currently available in China that can achieve metal separation effectiveness of over 99%.
8. High-voltage Electrostatic Separation: Further separate the tailings from the gravity separation machine through high-voltage electrostatic separation, enabling the separation of fine copper powder and resin contained in the tailings (The principle of high-voltage electrostatic separation is: adjust the input power through a transformer to 100,000 volts of high voltage, forming a high-voltage magnetic field, which has an adsorption effect on conductive metals, thereby achieving the separation of metals from non-metals).
