Steel-lined PE Mixing Vessel, utilizing a special rotational molding process. Made from polyethylene (PE), the process fuses steel plates with PE to form a monolithic structure. The PE adheres firmly to the steel surface. The product boasts features such as seamless, leak-proof, resistant to aging and impact, long service life, and compliance with hygiene standards. The inner lining is flat, smooth, and durable, offering superior service life compared to traditional glass-lined and steel-lined rubber mixing tanks. It is an ideal container for reaction solutions.

The tank is equipped with a mixer, and the stirrer blades are also made of steel-lined plastic material, maintaining consistent performance with the tank. Its drawback: poor heat resistance, with the plastic lining having poor heat transfer properties; jacketed heating and cooling cannot be used. Only coil-type steam electric heating or external circulation heating and cooling methods are feasible. A steel-lined polyethylene (PE) reaction tank is a reactor used for applications with strong corrosion and moderate temperature requirements.
