Section IIBasic Structure
The vibration table is composed of a base plate and a cam that causes it to oscillate. The base plate features a fixture for securely holding the mold, connected by two arms that stabilize it. The cam is driven by an electric motor, which is controlled by a controller to rotate at a certain speed and ensure the base plate rises smoothly to a certain height before freely falling.
