201 Aluminum Sheet
Stainless Steel Mirror Panels, also known as mirror panels, are polished on the surface of stainless steel sheets using polishing liquid and equipment, resulting in a clear, mirror-like sheen. Applications: Primarily used in architectural decoration, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration, and other stainless steel product series.
Basic Information
Stainless Steel Mirror Sheet
Polished Slab Stainless Steel
Stainless steel sheets, after being ground and polished, feature a smooth surface with mirror-like luster; available in finishes such as 2B, BA, standard, and 8K, with the 8K being of superior quality.
Usage: Primarily used in architectural decoration, elevator decoration, as well as stainless steel series products for industrial decoration and facility decoration.
Variety
We offer a wide range of mirror panels, including: stainless steel coil, heavy plate, medium and heavy plate, ultra-thin plate, stainless steel mirror panels, decorative panels, and patterned stainless steel sheets. The surface of our stainless steel sheets is smooth with high plasticity, toughness, and mechanical strength, and is resistant to corrosion from acidic, alkaline gases, solutions, and other media.
Principle of Processing
The principle of making stainless steel sheets involves polishing the surface of the steel plate with a polishing liquid through a polishing machine, resulting in a smooth and mirror-like clear finish. The stainless steel mirror panel series is widely used in decorative projects for architecture, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration, etc.
The process of manufacturing stainless steel mirror panels can be divided into two methods: general grinding and fine grinding. Which of these two processing methods produces a better mirror finish? This can be determined by assessing the brightness of the mirror surface, and the sand holes and grinding marks on the sheet surface must be minimal. Generally, stainless steel sheets are processed using polishing machines, where slower speed and more passes result in a superior finish; when using polishing equipment, the first step is to abrade the sheet, then place the stainless steel sheet into the abrasive liquid, where it is ground with 8 different grit heads. The grinding process primarily involves the surface treatment of the stainless steel sheet, which is not about depth; this step is mainly to remove the oxide layer on the surface of the stainless steel sheet.
After completing the above procedures, simply wash and dry, and it's ready. Color stainless steel mirror panels are further colored on the basis of stainless steel mirror panels, and now they are all colorized using vacuum ion plating technology. Moreover, decorative patterns can be etched onto the mirror panels, resulting in a variety of styles and designs of etched panels.
