Pre-fabricated filter heads, filter plates
Equipment List and Technical Specifications Sheet

4.1 Operating Conditions and Usage Environment
4.1.1 Operating Conditions
Ambient Temperature: -5 to 50℃
(2) Operating Schedule: Continuous 24/7 operation
4.1.2 Application Environment
Installed within the filter grid of the air-water backwash sand filter pool.
4.2 Technical Requirements
4.2.1 Filtration pool opening ratio is approximately 1.44%.
4.2.2 Filter Head
※ (1) Material: Filter caps, filter rods, and reinforced pre-buried pipe sleeves are injection molded from ABS engineering plastic; the sealing rings are made of rubber.
(2) Filter head tensile strength ≥ 25 Mpa, impact strength ≥ 40 kg/cm², Rockwell hardness ≥ 75. The tensile strength test is carried out according to GB/T1040, and the impact strength test is also conducted according to GB/T1040.
(3) Filter head gap area: 2.5 cm² per piece. The filter head gaps should be even, well-placed, and capable of achieving uniform air and water distribution; free from defects such as burrs, sharp edges, and burrs. The surface of the filter head should be smooth. There should be no obvious impurities, cracks, or bubbles, with a consistent color.
4.2.3 Filter Plate
Utilizing reinforced concrete precast filter plates with a thickness of 100mm.
Concrete Strength: C30.
Reinforcement: As per design drawing, see attached figures for details.
Pre-buried Filter Head Fitting: Reinforced ABS.
Production Process Conditions and Requirements: Follow GB50204.
Manufacturing Age: ≥28 Days
Appearance: Surface is flat with no cracks, no exposed rebars, warping, or vibrational cracking; edges (corners) are free of damage; pre-buried conduit is accurate without misalignment, tilt, or omissions; no foreign objects inside the conduit.
Tolerance: The flatness error on both sides must not exceed ±1mm. The thickness error of the filter plate must not exceed ±1mm; when assembling filter plates in a single cell filter basin, the horizontal error must not exceed ±2mm. During the installation of the entire filter basin, the horizontal error between each single cell filter basin must not exceed ±5mm.
4.2.4 Filtration Basin Installation Technical Requirements:
Filter plate installation requirements: accurate positioning, securely seated, no looseness; fastened with stainless steel plates and nuts.
(2) Level error within the same pool ≤ ±2.0mm, inter-pool error ≤ ±5mm.
(3) Filter plate installed, clean both top and bottom of the filter plate.
(4) The sealant material is non-toxic and meets drinking water standards.
(5) Sealed joints prevent air and water leaks
(6) Prior to filter head installation, perform an airtightness test on the filter basin.
(7) Filter head installation: The filter rod must be securely fastened in place, with the top of the filter head even and vertically aligned, without any unevenness or tilting.
(8) Filters should be free of blockages, damages, and missing installations.
(9) Achieve even air-water backwashing without any clogging through trial water and gas tests.
