Proxy accounting refers to entrusting a professional accounting firm to handle all accounting, bookkeeping, and tax reporting tasks for the company. The company only employs a cashier to manage daily monetary transactions and property custody.
What qualifications does an agency need to have for bookkeeping representation?
Pursuant to Article 4 of the "Administrative Measures for Agency Accounting," in establishing an agency accounting institution, unless otherwise stipulated by national laws and administrative regulations, the following conditions shall be met:
1. Three or more full-time professionals with accounting qualifications;
2. The person in charge of the principal agency accounting business holds a professional technical position qualification of Certified Public Accountant or above.
3. We have a fixed office location.
4. We have robust specifications for agency accounting and a comprehensive financial accounting management system.
