Flexible conveyor lines are composed of the following basic components.
(1) Conveyor Chain: Made of white, high-strength engineering plastic. Available in flat chain, general chain, steel-top chain, wedge chain, ball chain, brush chain, elastic chain, and more.
(2) Conveying Beam: Composed of aluminum alloy profiles with anodized surface treatment and friction sliding tracks. Available in standard and reinforced types.
(3) Conveyor Frame: Made of aluminum alloy profiles with anodized surface treatment. Available in light, medium, and heavy types.
(4) Drive Unit: Composed of aluminum drive heads and tails formed by powder metallurgy die casting. Available in single drive, dual drive, and intermediate drive options.
(5) Guiding Device: Side guards that keep the material always running in the middle position of the chain plate.
(6) Bending Unit: The internal support device for chain plate bending. It includes horizontal elbows, vertical elbows, horizontal wheel elbows, and horizontal wheels.
